We often chant "May I think pure and beautiful thoughts, say pure and beautiful words, and do pure and beautiful deeds." These three actions represent how Buddhists have traditionally explained how we generate Karma within our everyday lives. It is through thought, speech and action. In this course, we will examine rituals that rely on these same methodologies. Buddhist practices include mental imagery, physical postures and vocalized sound as a way to experience the Buddha as ultimate reality within our spiritual lives.
